What makes Hi-way Meat Market meats taste so good to you? We only use Prime and Choice grade meats. Since 1963 we have given you, our customer, the freshest and highest quality meats around. Hi-way Meats has a USDA inspector on our premises every day to assure you and your family will be receiving the safest products available. We specialize in a variety of cuts provided by our own butchers. You'll find many unique items that are made in house by our staff including: Double smoked Hams, Scrapple, Homemade Bologna, Prime rib, Sausages, Beef jerky and many hard to find cuts of meats. Hi-way meats will fresh cut your steaks, chops and roasts to your liking.

 

Hi-way Meat Market also specializes in beef front and hind quarters, whole or half hogs, hogs for your pig roast and whole lambs.

 

Ask us about our wholesale items also. There is no order that is too large for us to handle.
